Your Commitment
1. The investor decides how much to invest above the minimum amount of £20,000.
2. The investor completes a reservation form and deposits the funds in the offshore
company Client Account / Broker client account.
3. The investor has 21 days to read the full prospectus documentation and to consult an IFA
(if they require) before signing the contract.
4. On signing the contract, the investor receives a share certificate showing what proportion
of the property is owned, through the offshore company.(the fixed amount of shares is
dependent on the exchange rate at the time)
5. Importantly, there are no other costs to be paid. This is NOT a payment plan project.
The investor will not be asked for additional funds or payments. Similarly, you will not be
asked for any legal fees.
6. On sale of the property (or the company that holds the property) the investor will receive
in full the value of the property in proportion to their share, less any reasonable
transaction costs.

Risk Factors
As with any property investment, the investment is dependent on the price of the underlying property and the property market in general. If the property falls in value by more than the discount on market value, then the investor can lose money. The following schedule gives an example of the possible outcomes:
